If the shipping address is in remote or interior regions, customers may be required to collect their package from the nearest courier office.

Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding public holidays and natural calamities). Delivery may take an additional 2–5 business days, depending on your proximity to our dispatch location.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a unique Order ID and Airway Bill Number (AWB) via SMS and email, allowing you to track your shipment in real time.
